Vehicle Seizures are issued under the Traffic Safety Act and have rules under the Vehicle Seizure and Removal Regulation

Were you driving the vehicle and you did not know your licence was suspended? We can help.
Currently we charge $300 to assist with vehicle seizures which includes the $50 filing fee.
If you have received a vehicle seizure because you were issued a Notice of Administrative Penalty,
you must appeal the penalty to get your vehicle back.
